• Currently, Neelnayana is pursuing her PhD at the University of Florida in Environmental Engineering Sciences.
• Neelnayana graduated from Assam Engineering College with a B.E in Civil Engineering (Hons.) in 2012.
• After working as a Junior Research Fellow at IIT Guwahati for Integrated Land Use Planning project until June 2013, Neelnayana achieved her MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo, Ohio in 2016.
• From 2016 through 2019, after interning with the Government of Michigan as an Environmental Assistance Intern, Neelnayana worked as an Environmental Engineer for the Government of Indiana.
