Shri Bhakti Prasad Sonowal CWES (2008) who was recommended for Central deputation by the D/o Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, has been selected for appointment as Regional Director (DS level) in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), NER, Guwahati under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post.
