FIRST PHSE O F JOURNEY:

• 1977 batch from AEC

Was enjoying college life from hostel 6 room no 21

Joined in ASEB in April 1978, as Assistant Enginer in civil design branch 

• Worked from 1981 till April 1996 in construction fields like construction of Bijuli Bhawan Jorhat, construction of 7 sets of well foundations over river Brahmaputra for silghat – Bhomoraguri 132KV transmission line river crossing, construction of prestigious ASEB head quarter building complex BIJULEE BHAWAN at paltanbazar Guwahati and finally at coal handling department in BTPS Salakati, before taking voluntary retirement in April 1996.

SECOND PHASE OF JOURNEY:

• With a hope for my dedicated technical services towards the society, as consultant civil  engineer established  my individual firm SRISHTIE at Guwahati since October 1997.
• Till date giving complete civil engineering services right from soil investigation, total station survey, planning and structural designing, preparation of Master Plan and DPR, Project management works and all other related works for smooth completion of all kind of construction projects in entire northeast.

• In addition to too many private projects, was taken full responsibility of planning and designing of school of engineering under Tezpur University, all new infrastructure at Dibrugarh University, prestigious sports complex at Golaghat, Diphu and Donkamukam. 

• Now working on 32 sports complex at 32 constituencies under signature project scheme of PWD Govt. of Assam  Associated with GMDA since October 1997 as registered technical personnel (RTP). Taken responsibilities for preparation of Greater Guwahati Master Plan 2009, revision of construction bye-laws 2006 and 2014. Now working as Senior Technical Advisor GMDA since January 2021 with so many responsibilities for making our Guwahati more Clean, more Green and more Beautiful during the days to come.
