• The project rubric is to be made available to all the students at the beginning of the project works

• To organize project progress presentation, final presentation and project viva according to the departmental academic calendar
• To organize a project exhibition at the end of the project works and invite industry people as well as guardians for the same.

3. The committee will constitute editorial board and will
invite Editor from the faculty members for the annual
publication ‘ADHARSILA’.
4. The committee will disseminate information about the
activity and achievements of the department to the
college website though the office of the head of the
department and will formulate the necessary process
for regular uploading of the information.

1. Advise the department on opportunities available for
submission of R&D funding proposal to various

considering the requirements at UG , PG and PhD level.
3. Organise informative workshop of available
opportunities for the young faculty members and will
